What am I looking to get out of this class?

Well! I'm really, REALLY tired of being beaten up by inanimate objects! I'm tired of being outwitted by things that plug in to the wall, glow in the dark, and won't tell me what I really need to know until I wrestle around the room with it. Where in the hell did this thing come from? And why can't I seem to function without it!
It would be nice to know...
